Unfortunately, that's just a stereotype. After working at Cedar Point
Amusement Park/Resort in Sandusky, Ohio for two years, it is known that
managers DO NOT get to ride rides whenever they want. In fact, it is
very rare that they get to ride an attraction. The only cases that I've
seen them ride a ride are when a ride is broken down and it requires a
tester, and the other case I've seen was when a guest claims "My
harness came loose during the ride!" That's when the manager steps in
to ride the ride to make sure the seat is fully functional. That can
never happen, by the way, and when people say that, they are just
looking for attention and acting stupid to waste our time.lol
