Hey everyone!
It's so interesting to me to watch "cliques." If you observe them for just a few moments, you notice who the leader is, who their right-hand man is...or so called "sidekick," and then you begin to see those who are following in the back. They follow along, sometimes with their heads down, and other times trying to do anything they possibly can to make themselves feel as though they fit in their group. But if you can lock eyes with them for just a second, you can see it in their eyes. They know that they're pretending...they're wearing a mask to simply fit in.
It really breaks my heart to see this. We don't have to feel like we have to be someone else for people to accept us. I know that sometimes we feel alone and like no one gets us, but there's always others who feel the same as you.
We all need to stand up for who we are as individuals. No one is exactly the same in any way at all, so instead of trying to be clones of others, lets celebrate our differences and be ourselves.
