So New York Fashion Week just went down. Some amazing pieces were shown and truly blew people away. Not much of the clothing shown is affordable to you or me, but the trends shown here tend to trickle down to what we see in our everyday wear. Granted. Some of the things seem very outlandish and unwearable, but hints of them will be in our styles come this fall. Did you know that Sean John is Puff Daddy's creation? He showed his latest line which seemed a bit old school.
Short cropped jackets with much longer under sweaters.
Huge scarves (which I dig), and some interesting colors. A couple pieces reminded me of Michael Jackson in his "Thriller" days. I'm sure you can guess which ones.
Fashion is definitely considered art. So before you scoff these off, think of them as a work that an artist created. Maybe you'd wear something like this, maybe not. But, no matter, the effects of these fashions will hit us soon. Til next time. Fab
